HELLA Aftermarket, das freie Ersatzteil- und Werkstattgesch\u00e4ft des internationalen Automobilzulieferers FORVIA HELLA, ist im Nutzfahrzeugsegment breit aufgestellt. Neben dem umfangreichen OE-Sortiment von HELLA und der entsprechenden Expertise in den Bereichen Elektronik, Sensorik und Fahrzeugbeleuchtung, w\u00e4chst das Aftermarket-Sortiment f\u00fcr Nutzfahrzeuge weiter. Dazu geh\u00f6ren eine Vielzahl an Sensoren, Aktoren, Pumpen, Signalh\u00f6rner und Arbeitsscheinwerfer.<\/p>\n

Neu: Thermomanagement<\/h3>\n

HELLA ist letztes Jahr auch wieder in das Thermomanagement-Gesch\u00e4ft eingestiegen. Das Unternehmen bietet aktuell rund 500 Artikelnummern allein f\u00fcr Nutzfahrzeuge an, darunter K\u00fchler, Kupplungen, Motork\u00fchlgebl\u00e4se oder K\u00fchlerl\u00fcfter. Hinzu kommen Ladeluftk\u00fchler, Ausgleichsbeh\u00e4lter, Innenraumgebl\u00e4se, Kondensatoren und Kompressoren. Abgerundet wird das Portfolio mit W\u00e4rmetauschern, Expansionsventilen, Reglern, Widerst\u00e4nden und \u00d6lk\u00fchlern.<\/p>\n

HELLA Aftermarket hat sich im Bereich Thermomanagement f\u00fcr Nfz neu aufgestellt. NOx-Sensoren und AdBlue-Pumpen<\/h3>\n

Auch NOx-Sensoren geh\u00f6ren zum Angebot von HELLA Aftermarket.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Dar\u00fcber hinaus hat HELLA Aftermarket auch NOx-Sensoren f\u00fcr Nutzfahrzeuge im Programm. Das Portfolio wurde erst Mitte letzten Jahres ausgebaut. Die Sensoren sind eine wichtige Komponente im Nachbehandlungssystem, das bei Dieselfahrzeugen mit harnstoffbasierten SCR-Systemen eingesetzt wird. Hinzu kommen entsprechende AdBlue-Pumpen.<\/p>\n

OE-Lichttechnik f\u00fcr Lkw und Trailer<\/h3>\n

Der Bereich Lichttechnik geh\u00f6rt zu den Kernsegmenten des Zulieferers FORVIA HELLA<\/a>. Entsprechend arbeitet man an neuen Technologien. Dazu geh\u00f6ren aerodynamische Scheinwerfer auf Basis von LED-Technologien, optional auch aus nachhaltigen Materialien. Das sogenannte \u201aRoofmarker-Konzept\u2018 ist speziell f\u00fcr das Kundensegment Nutzfahrzeuge entwickelt worden. Der \u201aRoofmarker\u2018 ist oberhalb der Windschutzscheibe positioniert und vereint Positionslicht, Zusatz-Fahrtrichtungsanzeiger und Zusatz-Fernlicht in einem kompakten, aerodynamisch optimierten Bauteil. Hinzu kommt eine neue Voll-LED-Heckleuchte f\u00fcr Trucks und Trailer, mit patentiertem HELLA LED-Lichtvorhang. Was die Innenraumbeleuchtung bei Lkw angeht, bietet HELLA eine einstellbare RGB-Ambientebeleuchtung. Sie soll eine angenehme Atmosph\u00e4re in der Fahrerkabine schaffen, etwa durch ein Entspannungslicht in Fahrpausen. Zus\u00e4tzlich signalisiert sie Betriebszust\u00e4nde durch wechselnde Farben. Last but not least sorgt eine leistungsstarke Innenbeleuchtung im Trailer f\u00fcr optimale Sichtverh\u00e4ltnisse und unterst\u00fctzt die Besatzung beim Be- und Entladen. Ein weiterer Innovationsschritt sei laut HELLA die elektronische Steuerung der Scheinwerferfunktionen \u00fcber ein CAN-Bus-System.<\/p>\n
