SAF-Holland hat mit der SK-S 36.20 \u201aNoLube\u2018 eine umweltvertr\u00e4gliche, fettfreie Sattelkupplung im Programm. Die speziellen \u201aNoLube\u2018-Verschlei\u00dfplatten m\u00fcssen auf der Oberseite der Sattelkupplung nicht mehr geschmiert werden. Dies gilt auch f\u00fcr die Komponenten der Verriegelungsmechanik. Absolut fettfrei bleiben zudem auch die Lagerschalen zwischen der Sattelkupplung und den Lagerb\u00f6cken. Die NoLube-Sattelplatte l\u00e4sst SAF-Holland von der Firma Georg Fischer<\/a> im gewichtsoptimierten Sph\u00e4roguss-Verfahren gie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n

Ohne Schmierfett zu fahren, sei nicht nur \u00f6kologisch sinnvoll, sondern auch wirtschaftlicher. Das Fett muss weder gekauft und bevorratet, noch nachgef\u00fcllt und \u00fcberwacht werden. \u201eDas zahlt sich vor allem bei Sattelzugmaschinen ohne Zentralschmieranlage aus. Vergleichbare 20-Tonnen-Sattelkupplungen, zum Beispiel mit einer Fettkartusche oder eigenen Schmieranlage unter der Sattelplatte, k\u00f6nnen derartige Vorteile nicht bieten\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Gerhard Herberg, Director OEM Truck\/Bus Sales. Mit lediglich 116 Kilo bei einer Bauh\u00f6he von 150 mm ist die Kupplung zudem
