Dabei werden \u00fcber eine herstellerunabh\u00e4ngige Schnittstelle des Branchenverbands OpenTelematics<\/a> die unterschiedlichste Daten aus allen relevanten Quellen eingebunden. Beispiele sind Trailerdaten von Schmitz Cargobull und Krone oder Informationen zu K\u00fchlaggregaten von Thermoking und Euroscan, au\u00dferdem Trackingpunkte aus diversen Ortungs-Devices und Beacons sowie Container- und Beh\u00e4lterdaten.<\/p>\n

Als Neuerung der Telematik-Plattform soll das Einbinden von Subunternehmern noch leichter werden. \u201eDienstleister arbeiten f\u00fcr eine gro\u00dfe Anzahl an Unternehmen; praktisch jeder nutzt ein anderes Telematik-System\u201c<\/em>, erl\u00e4utert Tonne die Situation. \u201eDie verschiedenen Softwaresysteme machen den Fahrern ihren Arbeitsalltag jedoch unn\u00f6tig kompliziert und aufw\u00e4ndig.\u201c<\/em> Darum kommuniziert die Couplink-L\u00f6sung jetzt auch automatisiert via Messenger-Systemen, wie etwa WhatsApp: Fahrauftr\u00e4ge werden aus der Plattform heraus verschickt; die Antworten \u2013 Status-R\u00fcckmeldungen, Fahrziele oder Standort-Informationen sowie Fotos und eingescannte Dokumente \u2013 werden aus den Nachrichten direkt in die Plattform eingespielt und stehen ohne Umweg im TMS-\/ERP-System zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n

Neu ist laut Angaben auch das Tool ‚Tankkontrolle‘: Es vergleicht automatisch die getankte Dieselmenge mit der F\u00fcllstands-Ver\u00e4nderung des Tanks und der Durchflussmenge. Abweichungen sind direkt in der Plattform erkennbar. \u201eDank dieser Funktion fallen Unstimmigkeiten sofort auf und k\u00f6nnen schnell aufgekl\u00e4rt werden\u201c<\/em>, so Tonne. Neben diesem erweiterten Funktionsumfang erhielt die Telematik-Software auch ein neues, benutzerfreundlicheres Design mit \u00fcbersichtlichem Userinterface. Dieses Upgrade wird jedem Couplink-Kunden im Rahmen des Wartungsvertrags kostenlos zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt.<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr die Logistik 4.0 bietet Couplink in seiner Plattform zudem standardm\u00e4\u00dfig eine realistische ETA-Berechnung auf Basis von nutzereigenen Vorgaben, Erfahrungswerten und Live-Verkehrsinformationen sowie die integrierte Tourenoptimierung mit automatisierter Neuberechnung durch KI.<\/p>\n
