Der Spezialist f\u00fcr Verbindungs-Komponenten f\u00fcr Truck und Trailer, Jost<\/a>, hat mit dem automatischen Kuppelsystem KKS eine technische L\u00f6sung im Programm um Auflieger vollautomatisch Auf- und Abzusatteln. Der Lkw-Lenker wird per Fernbedienung aus dem Fahrerhaus heraus durch den kompletten Prozess gef\u00fchrt und erh\u00e4lt mithilfe der Sensorik jederzeit Live-Informationen \u00fcber den Kupplungsprozess.<\/p>\n

Absatteln mit dem KKS System<\/h2>\n

Beim Absatteln mit dem System KKS muss der Fahrer laut Jost nicht wie sonst aus dem Fahrerhaus aussteigen, die St\u00fctzwinden kurbeln, hinter das Fahrerhaus klettern, die Spiralleitungen trennen und die Sattelkupplung aufziehen. Stattdessen fahren die elektrischen Modul-E-Drive-St\u00fctzwinden automatisch auf Knopfdruck herunter und die Sattelkupplung wird ferngesteuert entriegelt. Ein gef\u00e4hrliches Auf- und Absteigen auf den Catwalk kann vermieden werden, da das manuelle Trennen der Spiralleitungen f\u00fcr Luft, Elektrik, ABS\/EBS entf\u00e4llt und der KKS-Connector an Sattelkupplung und Trailer daf\u00fcr alle notwendigen elektrischen und pneumatischen Verbindungen zwischen Trailer und Truck l\u00f6st.<\/p>\n

Aufsatteln mit dem KKS System<\/h2>\n

Beim Aufsatteln hebt der Fahrer das Fahrwerk des Fahrzeugs an, um die Sattelkupplungsplatte mit der Aufliegerplatte in Kontakt zu bringen. Der serienm\u00e4\u00dfige Auflieger-Plattensensor zeigt an, dass ein Kontakt mit der Trailerplatte besteht. Nachdem die Information \u00fcber Plattenkontakt in der Fernbedienung des KKS-Systems angezeigt wird, f\u00e4hrt der Truck r\u00fcckw\u00e4rts, bis der K\u00f6nigszapfen sicher in den Verschluss der Sattelkupplung eindringt und schlie\u00dft. Die richtige Position des K\u00f6nigszapfens und der ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00dfe Verschluss der Sattelkupplung wird ebenfalls von Sensoren \u00fcberwacht und dem Fahrer auf der KKS-Fernbedienung angezeigt. Zusammen mit der mechanischen Verbindung durch den K\u00f6nigszapfen werden durch den KKS Connector auch Luft, Elektrik, ABS\/EBS automatisch verbunden.<\/p>\n

Kostensenkung und Zeitreduktion<\/h3>\n

Durch den Einsatz des KKS-Systems k\u00f6nnen bei jedem Trailerwechsel laut Jost bis zu 50 Prozent Zeit gespart werden, da das manuelle Kurbeln der St\u00fctzwinde, Anschlie\u00dfen der Versorgungsleitungen sowie \u00d6ffnen der Sattelkupplung entf\u00e4llt. KKS reduziert zudem den Angaben zufolge die Gesamtkosten pro Umfahrt erheblich, so k\u00f6nnten bis zu 50 Prozent beim Auf- und Absatteln eingespart werden. Besonders geeignet ist KKS f\u00fcr Speditionen mit h\u00e4ufigen Sattelvorg\u00e4ngen und kurzen Strecken, wie typischerweise im Werksverkehr, da sich dort der zeitliche Vorteil besonders monet\u00e4r auszahlt.<\/p>\n

Ein weiterer Anwendungsfall ist der sicherheitssensible Transport, zum Beispiel von Gefahrstoffen, da die Sensor\u00fcberwachung hohe Sicherheit gegen Trailerverluste und Fehlaufsatteln bietet. Ebenso ist KKS eine ideale L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr den Transport von Produktionswerk zu Logistik. Fehler oder Sch\u00e4den beim Sattelvorgang werden durch Fernsteuerung und Fern\u00fcberwachung mit KKS laut Jost nahezu komplett ausgeschlossen. So wird etwa die Modul-E-Drive-St\u00fctzwinde immer automatisch komplett eingefahren. Die Wahrscheinlichkeit von Trailerverlusten durch Fehlbedienungen, Besch\u00e4digungen und Arbeitsunf\u00e4llen reduziert sich gegen Null. Eine stufenweise Einf\u00fchrung des KKS in gemischte Fuhrparks sei laut Jost m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n
