Die Gase entstehen bei der Kompression im Motor und streifen quasi an den Kolbenringen, aber auch den Ventildichtungen oder den Turbolader-Lagern vorbei. Selbst bei optimaler Abdichtung betr\u00e4gt der Anteil rund 0,5 bis zwei Prozent des gesamten Gasvolumens. Blow-by-Gase werden nach der Filtrierung wieder zum Ansaugtrakt zur\u00fcckgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p>Unterteilt in zwei Typen bietet <a href=\"https:\/\/ufi-aftermarket.com\/EU\/de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UFI-Filter<\/a> f\u00fcr den Aftermarket einerseits Blow-by-Filter, die aus synthetischem Material und Glasfaser bestehen, an. Dabei handelt es sich um statische Panelfilter (UFI.Micron), die im Rahmen der Erstausr\u00fcstung beispielsweise f\u00fcr Iveco-Motoren geliefert werden und die Gase nach einem Koaleszenz-Prinzip filtern. Andererseits liefert UFI-Filter auch rotierende und selbstreinigende Filterelemente (im Bild), mit s\u00e4urebest\u00e4ndigem Filtermedium f\u00fcr die Erstausr\u00fcstung von FPT-Motoren, f\u00fcr New-Holland, Case, Iveco-Anwendungen oder den Liebherr Motor D956. Sie haben laut UFI eine hohe Filtrationskapazit\u00e4t von mehr als 95 Prozent und bieten einen niedrigen Systemdruckverlust, wodurch eine hohe Motorleistung bewahrt wird.<\/p>\n<p><i>Den Beitrag
