\nDrehmomentstarker Zweifachschrauber
<\/b>Dem Montagetechnikspezialisten zufolge soll das flexible Ger\u00e4t aufgrund der Kombination aus drehmomentstarkem Zweifachschrauber mit Tensor-ST-Spindeln und flinkem Fahrwerk den R\u00e4dertausch erleichtern und aufgrund des automatisierten, drehmomentgenauen Schraubenanzugs auch die Prozesssicherheit erh\u00f6hen. Hierzu sind die L\u00f6se- und Anzugsdaten fahrzeugspezifisch in der Ger\u00e4tedatenbank hinterlegt.
\nTensorspindeln
<\/b>Die beiden Tensorspindeln des Ger\u00e4ts l\u00f6sen laut Anbieter die Muttern paarweise mit einem Drehmoment von bis zu 1000 Nm. Da sich die beiden Momentenst\u00fctzen jeweils an den benachbarten Schraubpunkten abst\u00fctzen und verankern, werden die Reaktionsmomente direkt am Entstehungsort abgefangen, was Mann und Maschine schonen soll. Die Montage erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge indem der Bediener den Schrauber per Tastendruck von L\u00f6sen auf Anziehen umstellt. Aufgrund der Programmwahl zu Beginn des Radwechsels \u201ekennt\u201c die Steuerung das Anzugsdrehmoment f\u00fcr das jeweilige Fahrzeug und zieht die Muttern mit einer Genauigkeit von +\/- f\u00fcnf Prozent an.
