Ein Unternehmen, ein Ziel, eine Marke \u2013 unter diesem Motto hat der Haldenwanger Werkstattausr\u00fcster Maha die Verantwortung der Serviceaktivit\u00e4ten seiner ehemaligen Tochtergesellschaft \u201aAutomotec\u2018 wieder auf die Muttergesellschaft \u00fcbertragen. Mehr als 14 Jahre lang hatte sich die Servicesparte nach Unternehmensangaben nicht nur um Maha-Produkte gek\u00fcmmert, sondern auch Dienstleistungen wie Montagen, Reparaturen und Serviceeinsa\u0308tze f\u00fcr andere Hersteller angeboten.<\/p>\n

Mit der Verschmelzung und in Verbindung mit dem \u201aMaha Service Center\u2018 bekennen sich die Allg\u00e4uer nach eigenem Bekunden klar zu einer konsequenten Einmarkenstrategie und zu einem einheitlichen Marktauftritt. \u201eIn dieser Kombination sind die Vorteile eines einheitlichen Maha-Services f\u00fcr den Kunden offensichtlich: Er bekommt alles \u2013 vom Werkskundendienst mit eigenem Werkverkehr und eigener Versandabteilung \u00fcber das hauseigene Training Center bis hin zur Ersatzteil- und Garantieabwicklung und die Service-Hotline \u2013 alles aus einer Hand\u201c, erl\u00e4utert Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer Dr. Thomas Aubel die strategische Entscheidung.<\/p>\n
