Januar 2014 gilt in der EU f\u00fcr alle neuen Nutzfahrzeuge die Euro VI-Abgasnorm. Um deren strenge Emissionsgrenzwerte zu erreichen, haben die Entwickler bei den Nutzfahrzeugherstellern teilweise tief in ihre Trickkiste gegriffen. Neben komplexen Abgasnachbehandlungssystemen sind so vor allem auch neue Motor-Generationen entstanden.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eVon der Euro VI ist jedoch der gesamte Antriebsstang betroffen, insbesondere auch die Kupplung und deren Torsionsd\u00e4mpfer. Letztere haben die Aufgabe, vom Motor kommende Drehungleichf\u00f6rmigkeiten auszugleichen, damit der Antriebsstrang rund l\u00e4uft\u201c, wissen die Antriebstrangfachleute von ZF Services.<br \/>\nAls Zulieferer stattet die Konzernmutter ZF im OE-Gesch\u00e4ft n\u00e4mlich viele Nutzfahrzeughersteller mit speziell auf die neuen Euro VI-Motoren zugeschnittenen Kupplungskomponenten aus. Von dieser Entwicklungskompetenz partizipiert auch ZF Services, die Aftermarktsparte des Konzerns: Nach eigenem Bekunden sind bereits heute schon \u00fcber 70 Kupplungsapplikationen f\u00fcr Euro-VI-Nutzfahrzeuge f\u00fcr den freien Ersatzteilemarkt lieferbar.<br \/>\n<b>Speziell angepasste Torsionsd\u00e4mpfung<br \/><\/b>Technisch gesehen handle es sich dabei um auf die speziellen Belange von Euro VI-Motoren zugeschnittene Kupplungskomponenten mit einer je nach Hersteller speziell angepassten Torsionsd\u00e4mpfung. \u201eUns war es wichtig, fr\u00fchzeitig ein Zeichen zu setzen und uns f\u00fchrend in einem Marktsegment zu positionieren, das sp\u00e4testens in zwei bis drei Jahren an Bedeutung gewinnen wird\u201c, berichtet Dr. Ulrich Walz, als Mitglied der Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung verantwortlich f\u00fcr den Bereich Markt bei ZF Services, zur Markteinf\u00fchrung des Euro VI-Sortiments. <br \/>Beim Einbau in der Werkstatt bleibe dennoch alles wie gewohnt: Es seien keine zus\u00e4tzlichen Anleitungen oder Werkzeuge notwendig, so die Kupplungsspezialisten von ZF Services.<\/p>\n<p><b>ZF Services<\/b>, Schweinfurt, Telefon 0 97 21 \/ 47 56 &#8211; 0,  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zf.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">www.zf.com<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Seit dem 01.
